Privacy Policy

FourUp: Padel Americano · Last updated 15 October 2026

FourUp is published by Good Games Inc ("we"). This policy explains what the FourUp apps for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch collect and why. In short: your events stay on your phone, there are no ads and no accounts, and we only collect anonymous usage and crash data to improve the app.

Data stored on your device

The events you run, player names, scores, your own name and your settings are stored only on your iPhone (and sent to your paired Apple Watch so you can score from it). We do not receive them. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Usage and crash data

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to fix crashes. They collect anonymous information such as screens viewed, features used (for example "event finished" with the format and number of players, but never player names), the app version, device model, operating system, an app-instance identifier and crash reports. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising. See Firebase privacy information.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details. The app checks with the App Store whether a subscription is active, and records anonymous purchase events (product and price) in Firebase Analytics.

No ads, no tracking, no selling

FourUp shows no ads, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell or share personal data.

Children

FourUp is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Your choices

You can delete all data stored by the app by deleting it from your devices. For questions or requests about data held by our analytics providers, contact us and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
