How do I cancel my subscription?

In Inkly, open Settings and tap Cancel subscription. It opens your App Store (or Google Play) subscriptions, where you can cancel with one more tap. You can also go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How does the free trial work?

The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We send a reminder the day before it ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

I bought Pro on another device or reinstalled the app

Open Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

Where are my documents and signatures stored?

On your device only. Inkly does not upload your documents or signatures. Signed copies leave your device only when you save or share them yourself.

Is an Inkly signature legally binding?

Electronic signatures are valid for most everyday agreements in many countries (for example under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and as simple electronic signatures under the EU's eIDAS). Some documents, such as wills, some court and family-law papers, property deeds and notarised documents, may need a different kind of signature. If in doubt, ask a lawyer.
