Privacy Policy
Inkly is published by Good Games Inc ("we"). This policy explains what the Inkly apps for iPhone, iPad and Android collect and why. In short: your documents and signatures stay on your device, there are no ads and no accounts, and we only collect anonymous usage data to improve the app.
Your documents and signatures
Documents you open, scan or import, the signatures, initials and text you add, and your saved signatures are stored only on your device. We never receive them. When you save to Photos or share a document, it goes only where you choose. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you scan a document or photograph your signature. Photo access is used only to open a photo you pick or to save a signed document to your gallery when you ask. Images are processed on your device.
Usage data
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used, for example screens viewed and events such as "document signed" with the number of pages. These events never include document names, document contents, signatures or anything you type. Firebase collects the app version, device model, operating system, an app-instance identifier and approximate country. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising. Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment details. The app checks with the store whether a subscription is active and records anonymous purchase events (product and price) in Firebase Analytics.
No ads, no tracking, no selling
Inkly shows no ads, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell or share personal data.
Children
Inkly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Your choices
You can delete all data stored by the app by deleting it from your device. For questions or requests about data held by our analytics provider, contact us and we will help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
